We research and successfully produce the italian documents of the ancestors borne in Italy, that is born certificate, baptism or wedding. These certificates are indispensable to demonstrate the Italian descent of the applicant, and therefore for the realization of the recognition process. All this despite the difficulties and incomplete informations.
Moreover, we deliver the documents produced to the competent Prefectures, the state authority competent for affixing the so-called Apostille: this certification validates with full legal value on an international level the authenticity of any public deed, and in particular of a notarial deed. This legal institution is recognized by the states that have signed the Hague Convention of 5 October 1961, ensuring full validation abroad of the documents issued in Italy.
